[摘 要]持续气道正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征可使睡眠期上气道保持通畅已被公认，也明确存在依从性不够理想的缺点。现有的CPAP装置已出现越来越多的界面和模式供选择，通过改进鼻面罩和口鼻面罩增加配戴的舒适性，通过压力缓升机制和加温湿化提高CPAP的设备配置的性能，采用自动调压CPAP及使用双水平正压呼吸机，提高了CPAP的疗效和依从性。
